FLORAL DESIGNS FOR OUR OWN HOME

It may sound like a simple task when we need to create unique floral arrangements for the home but it is not. With flowers you can add a touch of elegance to an environment but if the idea is not managed properly it can spoil the decor completely. It is always better to do something simple, elegant and tasteful instead of doing something overdone or elaborated which will take away from the essence of good design.  First we need to evaluate what kind of style is best accommodating to the environment in question.  Second we need to determing how much space we have, which is the occasion and whether formal or informal.  Third is what type of budget we are working with.  After this the next consideration is what color will be used.  Remember that color is one of the most important elements in interior design and floral decorations.  Using color as our tool and putting emphasis to our color selection and the different possibilities that exist will bring us success every time.  After the color and style are selected, It is also important to find unity and harmony with regard to the vase to be used and the environment.  In most cases it is always better to have a large floral design as the focal point in the foyer or living room, rather than diminishing the effect by using smaller designs in different places of the house.  Always remember that flowers are to beautify and create a comfortable atmosphere in the house.
